  The higher your expectation, the more  

   you will be hurt.

Do not expect anyone to understand you.

For if you believe so, your pain could be unbearable; of shattered hopes.

Keep your expectation just for yourself. 

Love yourself before others; as by doing so, you will spread more love to the universe.
